Blue Lotus tea ceremony | co-creating and consuming the tea, visualizations and group sharing opportunity Light movement | guided movements before settling into stillness Yoga Nidra with sound healing | to allow you to drop into full relaxation mode **if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, you should not take blue lotus flower & for this reason IF you decide to purchase a ticket, drinking the tea will be the only thing you will NOT partake in** *Minimum of 4 participants to hold event*
