An event planner will design and make critical decisions in preparation for an event
An event coordinator will ensure all details are executed seamlessly & the event goes smoothly to plan
I like to think of a coordinator as the go-to person that keeps the stress level low & calm.
They take care of event-related issues and day-of hiccups. They work with the hired help and vendors as well as family/ friends/ people attending the event (if needed).
